I'm a Senior Product Designer based in Tokyo with 10+ years of experience creating engaging, scalable products across startups, corporates, and agencies. I lead product design from ambiguous problem definition to measurable outcomes — from 0→1 AI-powered experiences at Bodygram to a research-driven redesign at Indeed Japan that reached millions of users and later shaped the product globally.

I ground design decisions in research and experimentation — from in-depth user interviews to A/B testing — and I work closely with engineers, comfortable discussing technical trade-offs to shape what we build. I care about articulating the reasoning behind every design decision, and I've mentored designers and partnered with PMs, researchers, and engineering teams to ship products with measurable impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy live music, great food, nature walks, and practicing Tai Chi.
